Accessibility Statement

LogToLast LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee equal access to our services.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

LogToLast is currently in a Public Beta phase. We are actively working towards full compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. While our core trading workflows, authentication processes, and primary dashboards have been heavily audited and optimized for screen readers and keyboard navigation, some peripheral features or administrative pages may not yet be fully compliant.

2. European Accessibility Act (EAA) & ADA Compliance

As part of our commitment to global accessibility, we are actively aligning our platform with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882). We understand that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are integrating accessibility audits directly into our software development lifecycle.

3. Known Limitations

During the Public Beta phase, you may encounter the following known limitations:

  • Some complex, third-party data visualization charts (such as TradingView widgets or external charting libraries) may not have full screen-reader alternatives available yet.
  • Certain deep configuration modals or administrative panels may occasionally lack optimized focus management or ARIA labels.
  • PDF reports generated by the platform may lack structural tags required by some assistive technologies.

We are actively working to resolve these issues prior to our official full release.
