Disclaimer Policy

By clicking on the "I agree" button "You" (meaning you personally or the company you represent and on whose behalf you are fully authorized to enter into this agreement) are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this license agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement click the "cancel" button and the download/installation process will not continue. If these terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, LogToLast LLC hereby grants you (and only you) a limited personal non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, fully revocable, nonexclusive license to use internally the software that you are about to download/install ("Software") only in accordance with this Agreement and the Company documentation that accompanies the Software and without any modification other than modifications provided directly from the Company.

You may not (and agree not to and not authorize or enable others to) directly or indirectly: (a) copy, distribute, or otherwise use for the benefit of a third party the Software; (b) disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software; or (c) remove any proprietary notices from the Software. You understand that LogToLast LLC may modify or discontinue offering the Software at any time. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no other license or other right under any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other proprietary right of LogToLast LLC or any third party is granted or implied by this Agreement.

This Agreement does not entitle you to any support, upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Software (collectively "Support"). Any such Support for the Software that may be made available by LogToLast LLC shall become part of the Software and subject to this Agreement.

What We Are Not

LogToLast is an independent technology provider. We are NOT a financial institution, a broker, a financial advisor, or a fund manager. Our software is strictly a "dumb pipe" for personal trade synchronization. We do NOT offer MAM (Multi-Account Manager) or PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) services. The software does not permit you to manage funds on behalf of third parties. You must remain in full control of your own trading accounts at all times.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. MetaTrader, Rithmic, OMNE, Topstep, and Apex Trader Funding are registered trademarks of their respective owners. No NinjaTrader company, nor any other aforementioned entity, has any affiliation with the owner, developer, or provider of the products or services described herein, or any interest, ownership or otherwise, in any such product or service, or endorses, recommends or approves any such product or service. While LogToLast LLC may maintain vendor agreements or API access partnerships with third-party brokers and firms, this does not constitute a joint venture or endorsement, and they bear no liability for the performance of our software.

Technical Transparency & Data Flow

LogToLast is strictly a bridge technology. We extract login IDs, account numbers, and trade events to facilitate synchronization and analytics. However, we never touch, store, or transmit your master passwords or withdrawal credentials. All local trade replication occurs securely, transmitting only the necessary order execution signals without compromising the administrative control of your connected financial accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time by destroying or removing from all computers, networks, and storage media all copies of the Software. LogToLast LLC may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time for any reason. Upon receiving notice of termination from LogToLast LLC, you will destroy or remove from all computers, networks, and storage media all copies of the Software.

You shall comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations in connection with your use of the Software and will not export or re-export the Software in violation thereof. This Agreement is personal to you and you shall not assign or transfer the Agreement or the Software to any third party under any circumstances; LogToLast LLC may assign or transfer this Agreement without consent. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States without any conflicts of law provisions thereof.
