Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

Payment Processing: Our order process is securely conducted by Stripe. We handle all customer service inquiries and returns regarding billing directly.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your LogToLast subscription at any time through your Account Settings dashboard. When you cancel, your billing will stop immediately, and your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • We do not require you to contact support to cancel; you maintain full control over your billing via the dashboard.
  • Canceling your subscription does not automatically close your open trades. You are responsible for managing your live and prop firm accounts directly via your broker.

2. "All Sales Are Final" Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our software, the immediate access granted to our proprietary infrastructure, and the high costs of executing API telemetry, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
  • We do not offer refunds if you "forgot to cancel" before your renewal date.
  • We do not offer refunds if you fail to pass a Proprietary Trading Firm evaluation while using our software.

3. Beta Testing & Technical Failures

LogToLast is currently in a continuous development and Beta testing phase. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you may encounter software bugs, latency, or connection drops.

  • No Liability for Trading Losses: Under no circumstances will LogToLast refund, compensate, or reimburse any capital lost in live brokerage accounts or proprietary trading firm accounts, regardless of whether the loss was caused by user error or a critical software malfunction.
  • Discretionary Subscription Refunds: In the highly unlikely event of a catastrophic, prolonged server outage caused exclusively by our infrastructure that renders the software completely unusable for an extended period, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit or refund for the cost of your subscription fee only.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We have a zero-tolerance policy for friendly fraud and illegitimate chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for a valid subscription charge:

  • Your LogToLast account, along with all associated data and broker connections, will be immediately and permanently banned.
  • Your IP address, MAC address, and device footprint will be blacklisted from our infrastructure.
  • We will submit comprehensive server logs, IP login history, and digital clickwrap signatures (including your acceptance of these terms) to the payment processor to aggressively contest the dispute.

5. EU / UK Consumers โ€” 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notice for EU and UK Residents: If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, without giving any reason.

Important Waiver: By clicking the payment button and accessing the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital service. You acknowledge that this means you waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and its UK equivalent.

Exception: If you purchased a subscription but have not yet logged in or accessed any feature of the platform, you may contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase to exercise your withdrawal right and request a full refund.

The full legal text of our EU/UK Withdrawal terms can be found in our Terms of Service, under the "Subscriptions and Payment Processing" section.

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are reasonable and will work with you to resolve genuine billing errors.
